Atkins Diet Review
The Atkins Diet Plan is a well-known and much publicised "low carb" diet. The theory is that by reducing the amount of carbohydrates eaten, the body will start a process called ketosis, which is where rather than burning injested glucose, the body starts to burn stored body fat, which results in weight loss.
Currently we do not have any formal reviews of the Atkins Diet Menu Plan, but we will be performing our own controlled tests at some time in the future, and will publish the results here when our trial is complete.
